OFFERED PLANS AND THEIR BENEFITS
We offer three different plans with progressively greater benefits. We will quote you the price based on:
- Number of travelers
- Age of the travelers
- Total cost of the trip
Travel Basics
This plan provides basic protection on a per person basis. It is the most beneficial for young, single travelers. Note that it is sold to each traveler separately.
Silver Plan
This plan offers greater coverages, and is priced on a package basis, meaning that the premium is the same for 2 or 3 or more travelers. It also offers a waiver for dealing with severe illnesses of non traveling family members.
This plan is ideal for single travelers seeking greater coverage, because the premiums are reduced for them. It is also a good choice if there is a likelihood that family members will get sick around the time of the trip.
Gold Plan
The gold plan adds to the coverages of the silver plan a waiver of medical conditions of the travelers as well as non traveling family members. It also allows the Travel Cancellation benefit to be claimed on the basis of a family physician note stating that the insured cannot travel. It is not necessary for the condition to be life threatening or serious.
The gold plan is ideal for busy couples and families planning to take vacations. Like the Silver plan, it is also priced on the basis of a traveling group.
