- Your valid passport (at least 6 months remaining)
- Two (2) copies of the entire first page
- One (1) recent passport-style photograph, signed on the back. Color or B&W, dull or matte finish, full face against a white background, 1.5 inch square. Mall kiosk photos are acceptable.
- Completed and signed Visa Application Form

Important Notes
- Processing time starts when we receive all completed paperwork and information.
- Your visa, issued by the embassy, will be sent to you directly by FedEx from the Embassy.
- Please fax us a copy of the visa document so we can verify you received the correct type.
