What We Need From You
- Your valid passport (at least 6 months remaining)
- One (1) recent passport photograph, signed on the back. Color or B&W, dull or matte finish, full face against a white background, 1.5 inch square. Mall kiosk photos are acceptable.
- Completed and signed Visa Application Form
Please send your passport to us via FedEx or other certified mail.

Print the form, fill it out completely, and sign it before sending. If you have questions about any fields, leave them blank and contact us.

The Moldovan visa is valid for 1 month. Longer duration visas are available at additional cost.
Important Notes
- Processing time starts when we receive all completed paperwork and information.
- Your passport, stamped by the embassy, will be sent to you directly by FedEx from the Embassy.
- Please fax us your passport page with the visa attached so we can verify you received the correct type.
